Rates include electricity, linen, water, gas, 10% VAT

• Our residence is partially equipped with air conditioning. At the moment it's available at the 1 st and 2 nd floor and part of the 4 th and 5 th floor. Therefore, the price of these apartments will be increased to € 15.00 per week in June and September and € 30.00 in July and August.

• Car place in garage: € 5,00 per day (for less-than-4-days vacations € 7,00 per day)

• Apartments can be occupied exclusively by a number max of 6 people – children included, and must be left clean.

•Any possible damages must be refunded: as guarantee a deposit of 100 € will be asked at the arrival (and it will be give back at the departure)

• Pets not allowed

• Arrivals and departures are planned for the Saturday; arrivals after h 3,00 pm, departures within h 10,00 am

• For accommodation’s confirmation, the Guest’s DEPOSIT must arrive within 15 days from the reservation.
In case of cancellation, 15 days before the arrival, we will refund 80% of the deposit

•Clients can take a look to apartments (upon according to Management).

• Preferably balance payment at the arrival

• The Management isn’t in any way responsible for values not deposited

• For further information (explanation or periods different from those indicated) our customer service is at your disposal from 9 to 12 am and from 3 to 7 pm.
